At Elite Pulls, we want to ensure your trading cards, booster boxes, and gaming accessories arrive safely and promptly. Review our shipping information below for details on handling times, methods, and rates.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our facility in the Bronx, New York. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been packed and labeled, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

2. Shipping Times

Domestic orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

International orders generally arrive within 11–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.

3. Packaging Standards

Trading cards and collectibles require careful handling to prevent bends, creases, or moisture damage during transit. Every order is packed securely using protective materials (such as top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, and sturdy cardboard boxes) to ensure your items arrive in collector-grade condition.

4. Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Elite Pulls is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses due to customer error.
Transit Delays or Lost Mail: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS), transit times are outside of our direct control. If your tracking shows a delay or your package is lost, please reach out to us so we can help you file a claim or locate your shipment.
